Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

Online shipping is available to clients anywhere in the UK.

If you like outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us for a quote.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and are shipped on a 24hour (non-guaranteed) service.

How can I track my order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code. Tracking information is emailed to the email address that was provided when placing the order.

How can I adjust shipping information on my order?

If you need to adjust shipping information on your order then please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders yet to be dispatched can be adjusted prior to shipping.

If your order has already been dispatched then adjustments to shipping may delay transit times and/or incur additional fees.

To prevent fraud, we may require proof of address to adjust shipping information.

What happens if I am not able to receive my parcel?

We advise clients to monitor tracking information for updates on delivery windows.

If you are not able to receive your order then typically couriers will leave a note detailing their actions whether this be leaving the item with a neighbour, in a safe location, or outlining their intentions to redeliver.

In some cases items may be returned to us.

Why has only part of my order arrived?

In some instances, we may ship orders in separate packages. Occasionally these separate packages may arrive at different times.

This information will typically be outlined via the tracking information.

What happens if my items are damaged or missing?

If you have any damaged or missing items then please contact us.

Returns

How long is the returns window?

Our window for returns is 30 days.

What items can I return?

All items (apart from sale items) can be returned within the 30 day window.

To qualify for a full refund items must be returned within the 30 day window and arrive in a new, resalable condition.

Who pays the cost of return postage?

The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage unless the item is found to be defective or damaged.

Refunds for defective or damaged goods are issued after the goods have been returned and inspected by a member of our team.
